Portal win large outsourcing programme with Transport for London

Portal Resource Consulting has recently won a large recruitment outsourcing programme with TfL, one of the largest employers in London. The three year contract will manage the high response recruitment for TfL business operations, placing over 2000 customer service, operations and support staff each year. The solution will deploy over 20 Portal resources on site, providing business engagement, assessment centre management, demand planning support and candidate care.
